THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION IS HERE!

My name is Sam. I write articles on growth stocks and macro for the WOLF Financial newsletter.

CrowdStrike ($CRWD) reported a solid earnings
revenue up 19.7% YoY, EPS beat at $0.73, FCF at $279M, ARR still climbing.

Margins held steady, RPO jumped 44% YoY.
No misses. Just no fireworks.

And that’s the issue.
When you’re trading at 25x EV/Sales, “strong” isn’t always enough.
The stock dipped not because it was bad
just because it wasn’t great enough.

Q2 and FY26 guides were slightly light on revenue but solid on EPS and margin.
Execution is tight. But in this tape? You need upside and surprise.

Still, the RPO acceleration tells the real story:
Deals are still flowing in. Demand is healthy. Falcon and Charlotte AI are expanding.

CrowdStrike’s move into SIEM and log management puts it up against $DDOG Datadog and Splunk
expanding TAM and deepening platform lock-in.
They’re not just defending endpoints anymore. They’re building the security cloud.

Here’s the bigger picture across cybersecurity:

  • Endpoint & XDR: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne ($S)

  • Network Security: Palo Alto Networks ($PANW), Zscaler ($ZS)

  • Edge/Cloud Security: Cloudflare ($NET), Netskope

  • SIEM/Observability: Splunk, Datadog, and now CrowdStrike

What did I do into earnings with my position? (see link to substack below) Still a top position. Cost basis under $150, up ~200%. Overall, my portfolio is beating the S&P500 by 14%.

And this quarter confirms the long-term thesis.

Short-term, the bar’s just high.
But this is still one of my core holdings and should be for everyone who is bullish AI and Cybersecurity.
